Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Molasses
  • 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper

Method
 

  1. Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan.
  2. Set the heat to medium and stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Let it simmer gently for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Taste and adjust — more vinegar for tang, more sugar or molasses for sweetness.
  5. (Optional) Blend for extra smoothness using an immersion or regular blender.
  6. Let the sauce cool, then transfer it to a jar or bottle.
  7. Refrigerate overnight to let the flavours fully develop.
