Ingredients

  • 12 Ounce Linguine Pasta
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 8 Ounce Cans Minced Clams, With Juice 3
  • 2 Tablespoons White Wine
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a roaring boil and season with a pinch of salt
  • The linguine should be prepared by boiling it for about 10 minutes, or until it is soft but still has a strong bite
  • In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Incorporate the garlic and sauté, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 1 minute
