- 3 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 Tsp Lime Zest
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Basil Finely Chopped
- 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Water
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Finely Minced, Optional
- 1/2 Tsp Honey or Maple Syrup Optional
Take a bowl and a whisk.
Pour everything into the bowl and give it a good whisk.
Add water at the end for a perfect consistency.
Taste and adjust.
Store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
