Method
- Put the chopped onion and tomatoes in a baking sheet and bake them for 10 minutes at 240° C
- Now put a pan on the stove and saute dried red pepper and garlic paste with oil for 10 minutes
- Once the red pepper and garlic are sauteed well, pour them into your blender or food processor
- With the red pepper, you also need to add other ingredients and blend them to get a smooth paste
- Pour the sauce in a jar once the paste is ready
