- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Small Onion
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup Red Dried Pepper
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1/4 Cup Apple Cider
- 2 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Coriander Leaves
Put the chopped onion and tomatoes in a baking sheet and bake them for 10 minutes at 240° C
Now put a pan on the stove and saute dried red pepper and garlic paste with oil for 10 minutes
Once the red pepper and garlic are sauteed well, pour them into your blender or food processor
With the red pepper, you also need to add other ingredients and blend them to get a smooth paste
Pour the sauce in a jar once the paste is ready
