Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Fish Sauce Optional
  • 1 Tsp White Miso Paste
  • 1 Tsp Brown Sugar or Palm Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Molasses
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Minced or Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Water
  • Few Drops Rice Vinegar or Lime Juice Optional

Method
 

  1. Take all the ingredients into your favorite bowl.
  2. Mix them well.
  3. Your sauce is ready. Now put it in an airtight container.
