Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tbsp Gochujang
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Fresh Ginger Grated
  • 1-2 Tbsp Water

Method
 

  1. Sauté garlic and ginger in oil until fragrant.
  2. Add gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, vinegar, and sesame oil to the pan.
  3. Simmer the mixture for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Adjust consistency by adding a bit of water if needed.
  5. Cool the sauce and store it in the fridge for up to two weeks.
