Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Pineapple juice
  • 1 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Hawaiian sea salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Liquid smoke
  • 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Cup Lilikoi juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Method
 

  1. Put all ingredients except Lilikoi juice together in a saucepan. Whisk mixture well and boil until the sauce achieves desired thickness. Lower the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes
  2. Add the Lilikoi juice and reduce to 2 cups
  3. Your Kalua pork sauce recipe is ready to serve. Serve with delicious slow cooker pork or grilled chicken. Or use as a sandwich and pasta base
