Method
- Put all ingredients except Lilikoi juice together in a saucepan. Whisk mixture well and boil until the sauce achieves desired thickness. Lower the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes
- Add the Lilikoi juice and reduce to 2 cups
- Your Kalua pork sauce recipe is ready to serve. Serve with delicious slow cooker pork or grilled chicken. Or use as a sandwich and pasta base
