- 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Cup Pineapple juice
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Hawaiian sea salt
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 Teaspoon Liquid smoke
- 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Cup Lilikoi juice
- 1 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Put all ingredients except Lilikoi juice together in a saucepan. Whisk mixture well and boil until the sauce achieves desired thickness. Lower the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes
Add the Lilikoi juice and reduce to 2 cups
