  • ½ Teaspoon Coarse black pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Chinese 5 Spice Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • ½ Teaspoon Sugar Optional

Ingredients for Sautéed Vegetables

  • 1 Onion Medium Size
  • 2 Fresh Green Chili Medium Size
  • 2 Fresh Jalapeno Medium Size
  • 2 Pieces Spring Onion
  • 1 Teaspoon Vegetable Oil

Ingredients for Crispy Chicken

  • 250 G Boneless chicken Breast or Thai
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
  • ¼ Teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 Tablespoon Corn Flour
  • Vegetable oil For Deep Frying

Ingredients for Chips

  • 2-3 Potatoes Large Pieces
  • Salt To Taste
  • Vegetable Oil For Deep Frying

Instructions

  • Combine Chinese 5 spice powder, kosher salt, coarse black pepper, red pepper flakes, and sugar to prepare the spice mix.
  • Cut the chicken into thick slices, marinate with soy sauce, garlic paste, and sesame oil. Then, add corn flour and egg white to coat the chicken. Now, deep fry the chicken to prepare crispy chicken.
  • Cut potatoes into thick fries, boil them for 5 – 10 minutes. The drain water and deep fry the potatoes to prepare the chips.
  • Sauté the onion and chilies for 5 minutes and assemble crispy chicken and chips.
  • Toss them with the spice mix and serve in a paper bag.
