- 5 Freshly Chopped Habarenos with Seeds
- 1 large Sized Ripe Mango with Flesh and Juice
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1/4 Cups Orange Juice
- 1/2 Cup Yellow Mustard
- 1/4 Cup Molasses
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1/4 Cup White Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Curry Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Ancho Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 5 Drops Vegetable Oil
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth
Transfer it to a large pan and bring to a boil
Simmer for 10 minutes
Let it cool down completely. Serve or store for later use
