Ingredients

  • 3 - 10 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Hot water
  • 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Chinese Black Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Chili flakes
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Paste
  • 1/2 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • ½ Tsp MSG
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Start by mashing the garlic.
  • Place the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and cover with hot water.
  • In a bowl, combine soy sauce, black vinegar, sesame oil, salt, MSG, black pepper, and chili flakes.
  • Add the hot water and garlic.
  • Put a spoonful of sesame paste on top.
