- 3 - 10 cloves Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Hot water
- 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Chinese Black Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Chili flakes
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Paste
- 1/2 Tbsp Sesame oil
- ½ Tsp MSG
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Ground black pepper
Start by mashing the garlic.
Place the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and cover with hot water.
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, black vinegar, sesame oil, salt, MSG, black pepper, and chili flakes.
Add the hot water and garlic.
Put a spoonful of sesame paste on top.
