Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Tabasco Sauce
  • Classic condiment
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili Sauce

Instructions

  • Put the butter in a small pot and melt it over low heat.
  • While the butter is melting, add the cayenne pepper, paprika, chili sauce,tabasco sauce, brown sugar and salt. Also, add the balsamic vinegar. Mix well.
  • Stir the mixture all the time while heating it over low heat until it's well mixed and starts to boil. Watch out that it doesn't boil.
  • The sauce is done when it's hot all the way through and well mixed.
  • Take a short break from using the sauce and let it cool down. It can be put away in the fridge in a jar that won't let air in so it can be used later.
