- 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 Cup Tabasco Sauce
- Classic condiment
- 3/4 Teaspoon Paprika
- 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 3/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Chili Sauce
Put the butter in a small pot and melt it over low heat.
While the butter is melting, add the cayenne pepper, paprika, chili sauce, tabasco sauce, brown sugar and salt. Also, add the balsamic vinegar. Mix well.
Stir the mixture all the time while heating it over low heat until it's well mixed and starts to boil. Watch out that it doesn't boil.
The sauce is done when it's hot all the way through and well mixed.
Take a short break from using the sauce and let it cool down. It can be put away in the fridge in a jar that won't let air in so it can be used later.
