Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 Green Onions Chopped, Optional
  • 1 Tsp Ground Allspice
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme
  • 1 Scotch Bonnet Peppers Chopped
  • Salt As per taste
  • Black Pepper As per taste

Instructions

  • First, take all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
  • Then, blend it well till the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • After that, taste and adjust the seasoning or spice level.
  • Now, serve it or store in the fridge for up to 10 days in a sealed jar.
