- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 2 Green Onions Chopped, Optional
- 1 Tsp Ground Allspice
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme
- 1 Scotch Bonnet Peppers Chopped
- Salt As per taste
- Black Pepper As per taste
First, take all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
Then, blend it well till the sauce is smooth and creamy.
After that, taste and adjust the seasoning or spice level.
Now, serve it or store in the fridge for up to 10 days in a sealed jar.
