- 1 Cup White Chocolate
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- A Pinch Salt
In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and butter; heat over medium-low until warm, not boiling.
Mix in white chocolate and lower the heat to low.
Continue stirring until the mixture is entirely smooth.
Include a dash of salt and vanilla essence. Combine thoroughly.
Take it off the heat and let it cool a bit.
