  • 1 Cup White Chocolate
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • A Pinch Salt

  • In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and butter; heat over medium-low until warm, not boiling.
  • Mix in white chocolate and lower the heat to low.
  • Continue stirring until the mixture is entirely smooth.
  • Include a dash of salt and vanilla essence. Combine thoroughly.
  • Take it off the heat and let it cool a bit.
