Ingredients
  

  • 1 Oz Thai Chili Peppers
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Mushroom Seasoning
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro
  • 1/2 Cup Green Onion

Method
 

  1. Just toss the chili peppers, garlic clove, salt, and sugar into a mortar and pestle.
  2. Keep pounding the pepper until it turns into a smooth paste.
  3. Take the pepper and scrape it into a small bowl.
  4. Then, mix in some lime juice, fish sauce, chopped cilantro, and green onion. Just mix everything together and enjoy it with your preferred meat!
