- 1 Oz Thai Chili Peppers
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Mushroom Seasoning
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Cilantro
- 1/2 Cup Green Onion
Just toss the chili peppers, garlic clove, salt, and sugar into a mortar and pestle.
Keep pounding the pepper until it turns into a smooth paste.
Take the pepper and scrape it into a small bowl.
Then, mix in some lime juice, fish sauce, chopped cilantro, and green onion. Just mix everything together and enjoy it with your preferred meat!
