Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oi
  • 2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • Garlic Clove
  • ½ Teaspoon Dried Dill
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Water

Method
 

  1. Stir the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt together in a medium-sized bowl
  2. Pour in the water and stir well
  3. In the event that the sauce is too thick, add more water, a tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached
  4. Finish with a garnish of fresh dill and adjust the seasoning to your liking
