Ingredients

  • 2 Cans Crushed Tomatoes
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Finely Chopped Onion Medium
  • 4-5 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 Tsp Dried Basil
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 170 Gram Soft Goat Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Water or Broth Optional
  • 1 Tsp Sugar Optional
  • 2 Tbsp Freshly Chopped Parsley or Basil Optional, For Garnishing

Instructions

  • First, collect and measure all the required ingredients.
  • Secondly, chopped the onion, mince the garlic nicely.
  • Thirdly, sauté the chopped onion, mince garlic, and chili flakes with olive oil over medium heat.
  • Fourthly, add crushed tomatoes into the sautéed aromatics and cook for a few minutes.
  • Then, add salt, sugar, black pepper, dried oregano, basil to season the sauce and simmer over medium heat for around 5 minutes.
  • After that, reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan and cook for 20 – 30 minutes.
  • If required, you can add some water or broth to get the perfect consistency.
  • Now, remove the saucepan from heat and add crumble cheese and stir until melt.
  • Then, taste the sauce, and adjust if needed.
  • Transfer the sauce in a bowl and garnish the sauce using chopped parsley and enjoy.
