First, collect and measure all the required ingredients.
Secondly, chopped the onion, mince the garlic nicely.
Thirdly, sauté the chopped onion, mince garlic, and chili flakes with olive oil over medium heat.
Fourthly, add crushed tomatoes into the sautéed aromatics and cook for a few minutes.
Then, add salt, sugar, black pepper, dried oregano, basil to season the sauce and simmer over medium heat for around 5 minutes.
After that, reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan and cook for 20 – 30 minutes.
If required, you can add some water or broth to get the perfect consistency.
Now, remove the saucepan from heat and add crumble cheese and stir until melt.
Then, taste the sauce, and adjust if needed.
Transfer the sauce in a bowl and garnish the sauce using chopped parsley and enjoy.
