Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Granulated White Sugar
  • 6 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract Gluten-free certified
  • 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt Optional

Method
 

  1. At first, collect all the required ingredients according to the ingredient list.
  2. Measure them precisely using specific measuring cups or spoons.
  3. Then, use a deep saucepan to make the caramel.
  4. Put the saucepan over medium heat and add the granulated sugar.
  5. Stir for 5 – 7 minutes until you get the caramel.
  6. After that, add butter into the caramel and let the butter incorporate into the caramel for 5 minutes. Don’t forget to stir continuously.
  7. Now, gently add the heavy cream and boil for around 2 minutes to get a smooth texture.
  8. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add vanilla extract and salt to enhance the flavor of the caramel sauce.
  9. Let it cool for around 15 minutes and serve the gluten-free caramel sauce with your favorite desserts.
