Ingredients
  

  • 12 Fresno Peppers
  • 4 Garlic Cloves Peeled
  • Tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 Cup White Vinegar To make acidic
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice For Tanginess
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil For Smooth Texture
  • 1 Tsp Sugar Optional
  • 3% Brine for Fermenting the Chills

Method
 

  1. Initially, collect and measure all the required ingredients.
  2. Secondly, ferment the Fresno peppers into 3% brine for a week, then drain the brain, then cut the peppers into half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. Thirdly, sauté the garlic and peppers for a few minutes, then add other ingredients and bring a boil.
  4. After that, simmer for 1 minutes.
  5. Fourthly, cool the sauce base, then blend them using a food processor.
  6. After blending, strain the sauce into a bowl.
  7. Lastly, pour the sauce into a sterilized glass bottle or jar and refrigerate to store the sauce.
