Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 4-5 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 Cup Water

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and water. Mix well.
  • Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl to make a slurry. Slowly pour into sauce, stirring. Cook for 1–2 minutes until thickened and glossy.
  • Cool slightly and transfer to a clean jar. Store in fridge for up to two weeks.
