Method
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and water. Mix well.
- Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl to make a slurry. Slowly pour into sauce, stirring. Cook for 1–2 minutes until thickened and glossy.
- Cool slightly and transfer to a clean jar. Store in fridge for up to two weeks.
