- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 4-5 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/4 Cup Water
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and water. Mix well.
Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl to make a slurry. Slowly pour into sauce, stirring. Cook for 1–2 minutes until thickened and glossy.
Cool slightly and transfer to a clean jar. Store in fridge for up to two weeks.
