Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 4-5 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 Cup Water

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Stir in honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and water. Mix well.
  3. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl to make a slurry. Slowly pour into sauce, stirring. Cook for 1–2 minutes until thickened and glossy.
  5. Cool slightly and transfer to a clean jar. Store in fridge for up to two weeks.
