  • 1 Cup Grana Padano Cheese Finely grated
  • 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Tbsp All-purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Whole Milk
  • Salt and Pepper As Per Taste
  • 1 Clove Garlic Optional, Minced
  • A Pinch Nutmeg Optional
