Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Grana Padano Cheese Finely grated
  • 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Tbsp All-purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Whole Milk
  • Salt and Pepper As Per Taste
  • 1 Clove Garlic Optional, Minced
  • A Pinch Nutmeg Optional

Method
 

  1. Make a roux by cooking butter and flour together in a saucepan.
  2. Gradually add the milk and whisk until thickened.
  3. Add Grana Padano cheese and stir until perfectly melted.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and optional nutmeg.
