- 14 Ounces Tomatoes
- 1 Tablespoon Corn Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 Teaspoon Basil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Sugar (Optimal)
- 1 Pinch Citric Acid
Collect and measure the ingredients.
Then prepare the tomato paste by crushing or food processor.
Now heat the corn oil in a saucepan, if you use minced garlic, sauté it.
Then add the tomato paste.
After cooking the tomato paste for a few minutes season the sauce with all the required seasoned ingredients.
Pour the sauce in a bowl, and rest for 30 minutes covering the bowl.
Then make the pizza with the pizza sauce or store in refrigerator for future usage.
