- 5 Red Chili Peppers
- 4 Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
First, cut the red chili peppers into small pieces by taking off their stems. After that, peel the garlic cloves and cut them up
Now, get some olive oil hot in a pan. Place the peppers and garlic in the pan and cook for two to three minutes. After that, season it with pepper, salt, and apple cider vinegar. Let it cook for 5 minutes
After that, blend it in a blender until it's very smooth. Now add the mayonnaise and blend it again until it's all very well combined
Add some honey and mix it one more time if you want the sauce to be sweeter. Last, put the jar with the sauce in it in the fridge to cool down. Have fun
