Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Raw Cashews
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion Small size
  • 2-3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • Nutmeg or Italian Seasoning A pinch

Method
 

  1. Primarily, measure the ingredients
  2. Soak the cashews for 2 hours (30 minutes in hot water) in first step
  3. Secondly, sauté the chopped onion and garlic in olive oil
  4. Take a blender and add the sautéed onion & garlic, soaked cashews, almond milk, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning in the blender jar
  5. Then, blend them for 5 – 7 minutes until you get the smooth sauce
  6. After blending, remove the sauce and place it in a saucepan
  7. Simmer the sauce for 5 – 10 minutes
  8. Taste the sauce, then adjust the taste according to your preferences
  9. Your dairy-free Alfredo sauce is ready to serve
