Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh or Dried Herbs
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil or Butter Optional
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice Optional
  • 1 Tbsp Milk Optional
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese Optional

Method
 

  1. Collect and measure all the required ingredients.
  2. Prepare the sauce base by blending the cottage cheese and sour cream in a food processor.
  3. Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice, parmesan cheese into the blender jar and blend for 2 minutes to enhance the flavors.
  4. Add some milk to adjust consistency.
