First, boil pasta in water. After boiling, take ½ cup of pasta water and drain the remaining water.
Take a pan and sauté garlic there with olive oil. It must release a fragrance.
Add coconut cream on the sauteed garlic. Stir the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes.
Season the sauce with nutritional yeast, lemon juice, salt, pepper, chili flakes, and Italian herbs.
Add pasta water and stir the sauce until it becomes smooth and creamy.
Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes and mix it with your cooked pasta.
Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning.
Store the leftover sauce in a glass jar and put it in the refrigerator.
