Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 Piece Lemon
  • 1 Clove Fresh Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Mustard Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1-2 Tsp Sriracha
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 Tsp Chili Flakes
  • 1 Pinch Ground Black Pepper
  • 200 Gram Yogurt
  • A Pinch Salt

Method
 

  1. First collect all the required ingredients, then measure them according to the mentioned amount in the ingredient list.
  2. Secondly, squeeze the lemon to get the lemon juice and mince the garlic using a knife.
  3. Thirdly, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard paste, and yogurt to make the sauce base.
  4. Fourthly, mix the mince garlic with lemon juice. Then, add it into the sauce base.
  5. Serially, add sriracha sauce, chili flakes, ground black peppers, and salt.
  6. Gently, mix them well.
  7. After that, taste and adjust the sauce if you prefer.
  8. Lastly, cover the sauce bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  9. Now, serve the sauce with shrimp or other seafood.
