  • 1/3 Piece Lemon
  • 1 Clove Fresh Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Mustard Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1-2 Tsp Sriracha
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 Tsp Chili Flakes
  • 1 Pinch Ground Black Pepper
  • 200 Gram Yogurt
  • A Pinch Salt

Instructions

  • First collect all the required ingredients, then measure them according to the mentioned amount in the ingredient list.
  • Secondly, squeeze the lemon to get the lemon juice and mince the garlic using a knife.
  • Thirdly, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard paste, and yogurt to make the sauce base.
  • Fourthly, mix the mince garlic with lemon juice. Then, add it into the sauce base.
  • Serially, add sriracha sauce, chili flakes, ground black peppers, and salt.
  • Gently, mix them well.
  • After that, taste and adjust the sauce if you prefer.
  • Lastly, cover the sauce bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Now, serve the sauce with shrimp or other seafood.
