  • ½ Cup Sour Cream Greek Yogurt for a Healthier Version
  • ¼ Cup Mayonnaise Optional, Add for Extra Creaminess
  • 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Piece Fresh Lime Juice medium-sized limE
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons Water Optional, Add to Adjust the Consistency

Instructions

  • First, collect all the required ingredients according to the ingredient list
  • Secondly, wash the cilantro and peeled garlic, chop the cilantro into pieces and mince the garlic finely
  • Thirdly, blend the cilantro, garlic, sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and olive oil for 5 minutes by using a food processor
  • Add salt and ground black pepper to season the sauce. Then, again blend the sauce for 2 more minutes
  • After that, take a spoonful of sauce and taste it
