  • 1 Cup Fresh Cilantro Leaves
  • ½ Cup Sour Cream Greek Yogurt for a Healthier Version
  • ¼ Cup Mayonnaise Optional, Add for Extra Creaminess
  • 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Piece Fresh Lime Juice medium-sized limE
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons Water Optional, Add to Adjust the Consistency

Method
 

  1. First, collect all the required ingredients according to the ingredient list
  2. Secondly, wash the cilantro and peeled garlic, chop the cilantro into pieces and mince the garlic finely
  3. Thirdly, blend the cilantro, garlic, sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and olive oil for 5 minutes by using a food processor
  4. Add salt and ground black pepper to season the sauce. Then, again blend the sauce for 2 more minutes
  5. After that, take a spoonful of sauce and taste it
  6. If require, you can add seasoning ingredients to adjust the taste according to your interest
  7. Then, pour the sauce in a bowl from the blender
  8. Finally, the cilantro lime sauce is ready to serve
