- ¼ Cup Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- ½ Teaspoon Cayenne powder
- ½ Teaspoon Paprika
Take the seeds out of whole dried chilies and put them in a blender
Grind it until it turns into a powder
Put it in a small bowl and add all the ingredients. Mix well
