Method
- Mix the chicken with all ingredients except cooking oil and make the filling.
- Keep stirring until the ingredients get mixed properly.
- Now fill the peppers with the chicken mixture.
- Once you have finished filling them, put the peppers on a baking sheet.
- Now bake the chicken stuffed peppers in either oven or air fryer.
- Your recipe will be ready after 8 minutes if you bake in air fryer and in 20 minutes if you bake in an oven.
- Now enjoy your dish.
Notes
- Your recipe will be more flavorful if you add a hint of pepper to season
- To double the taste, add ½ tbsp of fresh minced green onion as well
- For more heat and crispy bites, you can add chopped jalapenos and for a crispy texture bacon
- Chopped cilantro can be another exclusive ingredient for flavor influencing
- To give an extra depth to your low carb chicken dinner, lightly sauté the chili flakes and garlic in hot oil before bursting
- Making small slits will make your way easier if the peppers are curly
