- 10 Fresh and Large Shishito Peppers
- 1 Cup Cooked and Shredded Chicken
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Onion
- 1 Tsp Garlic
- 1 Cup Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
Mix the chicken with all ingredients except cooking oil and make the filling.
Keep stirring until the ingredients get mixed properly.
Now fill the peppers with the chicken mixture.
Once you have finished filling them, put the peppers on a baking sheet.
Now bake the chicken stuffed peppers in either oven or air fryer.
Your recipe will be ready after 8 minutes if you bake in air fryer and in 20 minutes if you bake in an oven.
