- 1 Cup Hot Sauce
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Mustard Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Sodium Chloride
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Bars Unsalted Butter
- 1/8 Tsp Xanthan Gum
Add hot sauce, garlic powder, mustard powder, sodium chloride, and black pepper in a small size saucepan and mix them
Put the saucepan on your stove. You must keep the heat low and let the mixture simmer for 30 minutes
Take the bars of butter and chop them into square size
Heat off the stove and remove the saucepan
Now add the pieces of butter to the sauce and keep whisking to mix them well
Add xanthan gum and mix thoroughly
Now your sauce is ready to pour into a bottle
