Ingredients

  • 6 Ripe Tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Basil
  • 1 Tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Chili Flakes
  • 3/4 Tsp Oregano
  • 2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Tsp  Butter

Instructions

  • Cut the Tomatoes into an X Shape
  • Put them in a pan with 3 cups of water. Turn on the heat to high and let the tomatoes boil for 3 minutes
  • Remove all 6 tomatoes from the pan if they have boiled properly and peel the skin
  • Take 3 tomatoes and blend smoothly
  • Now put a pan on the stove and keep the heat medium-high. Put olive oil and give it 1 minute to be hot
  • Saute garlic and onion
  • This time, you need to chop the remaining 3 boiled tomatoes and remove the seeds.
  • Now, add the chopped tomato with sauteed onion and garlic and keep stirring to mix well
  • Saute them for 5 minutes
  • Now add sugar, basil, and tomato paste (you made with 3 boiled tomatoes) to the mixture. Stir to mix well
  • Cover the pan with its lid and simmer for 5 minutes
  • When the mixture gets thickened, add butter and tomato sauce. Keep stirring to mix them properly
  • Let the mixture even saute for 2 minutes at medium-low heat
  • Now your pizza sauce is ready
