- A Glass Warm Water
- A Pinch Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Teaspoons Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
Optional Ingredients
- 1 Teaspoon Honey
- ½ Teaspoon Ginger, Grated
- A Pinch Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Cucumber, Grated
- 2 Mint Leaves
Take a glass of warm water. Put ¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Next add 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice to it
Add additional ingredients according to your preference
Stir in everything with a spoon until cayenne is well dissolved in water
