Ingredients

  • 1 Can Tomato Paste
  • 1 Can Crushed Tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 Tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • Salt and Pepper As per taste
  • 1/2 Cup Water

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add tomato paste and crushed tomatoes. Stir well to combine.
  • Stir in onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Let the sauce simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes. Occasionally stir.
  • If the sauce is too thick, add water. Stir to reach the desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings. If needed, add more herbs, salt, or sugar.
  • Cool slightly before spreading on your pizza dough. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
