Ingredients

  • 1 Can Campbell's Condensed Pepper Pot Soup
  • 1 Pound Honeycomb Beef Tripe

Vegetables

  • 2 Potatoes Medium-sized
  • ½ Cup Chopped Onion
  • 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 2 Carrots Medium-sized
  • ½ Cup Chopped Celery
  • 2 Green Bell Pepper Medium-sized Spices

Spices

  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Piece Bay Leaf
  • 1 Teaspoon Thyme
  • Salt According to taste
  • ½ Teaspoon Dried Marjoram
  • 2 Cups Beef Broth
  • 2 Tablespoon Butter or Olive Oil
  • 1 Bunch Freshly Chopped Parsley

Instructions

  • First, cut all the veggies, and beef tripe into pieces
  • Secondly, cook the beef tripe until become tender
  • Thirdly, sauté the vegetables until become soft. Then add the beef and stir-fry for a few minutes
  • Now, add the broth and soup base and boil for 10 minutes
  • Add the seasoning ingredients and mix nicely
  • Again bring a boil and simmer for 30 – 40 minutes
  • Taste the soup before serving and adjust taste according to your taste
  • Remove the soup bay leaf from the soup
  • Then, pour the soup in a bowl and garnish using freshly chopped parsley
  • Enjoy the Campbell’s pepper pot soup at home
