Ingredients
  

  • 1 Can Campbell's Condensed Pepper Pot Soup
  • 1 Pound Honeycomb Beef Tripe
Vegetables
  • 2 Potatoes Medium-sized
  • ½ Cup Chopped Onion
  • 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 2 Carrots Medium-sized
  • ½ Cup Chopped Celery
  • 2 Green Bell Pepper Medium-sized Spices
Spices
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Piece Bay Leaf
  • 1 Teaspoon Thyme
  • Salt According to taste
  • ½ Teaspoon Dried Marjoram
  • 2 Cups Beef Broth
  • 2 Tablespoon Butter or Olive Oil
  • 1 Bunch Freshly Chopped Parsley

Method
 

  1. First, cut all the veggies, and beef tripe into pieces
  2. Secondly, cook the beef tripe until become tender
  3. Thirdly, sauté the vegetables until become soft. Then add the beef and stir-fry for a few minutes
  4. Now, add the broth and soup base and boil for 10 minutes
  5. Add the seasoning ingredients and mix nicely
  6. Again bring a boil and simmer for 30 – 40 minutes
  7. Taste the soup before serving and adjust taste according to your taste
  8. Remove the soup bay leaf from the soup
  9. Then, pour the soup in a bowl and garnish using freshly chopped parsley
