First, cut all the veggies, and beef tripe into pieces
Secondly, cook the beef tripe until become tender
Thirdly, sauté the vegetables until become soft. Then add the beef and stir-fry for a few minutes
Now, add the broth and soup base and boil for 10 minutes
Add the seasoning ingredients and mix nicely
Again bring a boil and simmer for 30 – 40 minutes
Taste the soup before serving and adjust taste according to your taste
Remove the soup bay leaf from the soup
Then, pour the soup in a bowl and garnish using freshly chopped parsley
