Ingredients

  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Onion
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Yellow Mustard Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all the spices in a small bowl.
  • Mix them properly.
  • Your burger seasoning is ready to apply once the spices are mixed well.

Notes

  • To get the most out of your black pepper, grind it fresh.  Also, you can mix both the black pepper and white pepper to get the subtle heat.
  • Don’t skip paprika, or else your burger will turn into a flatter taste 
  • To get a smoky flavor, you can add the smoky paprika to your seasoning
  • If you heat the seasoning for a while (30 to 50 seconds) in a pan with low heat before applying it to burger meat, it will enhance the flavor and taste 2 times more than the normal.
