Ingredients

  • 1⅓ Cup Redhot Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons White Vinegar
  • ½ Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • Salt To Taste

Instructions

  • Remove butter from the fridge, unwrap it, and slice it into tablespoons. Assign accordingly
  • Mix hot sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a skillet over medium heat
  • Keep the mixture from boiling by gently heating it until it steams. Stir frequently
  • Remove the skillet from heat when the sauce warms, steams, and simmers
  • Mix the butter into the hot sauce quickly to melt it
  • The sauce will cool slightly as the butter melts, but it should stay warm enough to dissolve the butter
  • Add a pinch  of salt as needed, according to your taste preferences
  • Serve the warm sauce over wings, alongside pulled pork, or as a delightful dipping sauce
