Heat the olive oil in a pan at a low flame.
Add chopped onions and minced garlic. Saute them until they become translucent.
Add ground pork, cook it until it becomes brown, and break it into small pieces.
Put in the crushed tomatoes and tomato paste, and mix them well.
Add water to adjust consistency. Also, season it with basil, oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
Gently boil the mixture and keep the flame low.
Let the sauce simmer for 30 to 45 minutes. Meanwhile, stir it occasionally.
Cool the sauce and you can serve it with pasta and other Italian dishes.
