- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Chili Peppers
- 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 2 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/4 Tsp Xanthan Gum Optional
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Stir until the sugar dissolves and the chili peppers soften.
Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
Let it cool and store in an airtight container.
