- 1/4 Cup Black Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 Cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Tahini
- 3 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2-4 Tbsp Water
Start with peeling the black garlic cloves. Place them into a blender and blend them.
Add soy sauce, tahini, balsamic vinegar, and water to the mixture.
Blend everything again until they become smooth. If the sauce seems too thick, add some more water.
Taste the sauce and see if any adjustments are needed. You can add extra vinegar or tahini if you want.
Once the sauce becomes ready, pour it into a clean jar. Then store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
