Method
- Start with peeling the black garlic cloves. Place them into a blender and blend them.
- Add soy sauce, tahini, balsamic vinegar, and water to the mixture.
- Blend everything again until they become smooth. If the sauce seems too thick, add some more water.
- Taste the sauce and see if any adjustments are needed. You can add extra vinegar or tahini if you want.
- Once the sauce becomes ready, pour it into a clean jar. Then store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
