Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Black Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 Cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Tahini
  • 3 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2-4 Tbsp Water

Instructions

  • Start with peeling the black garlic cloves. Place them into a blender and blend them.
  • Add soy sauce, tahini, balsamic vinegar, and water to the mixture.
  • Blend everything again until they become smooth. If the sauce seems too thick, add some more water.
  • Taste the sauce and see if any adjustments are needed. You can add extra vinegar or tahini if you want.
  • Once the sauce becomes ready, pour it into a clean jar. Then store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
