Measure those using specific measuring cups and spoons, then put them in specific bowl.
From here, the main process start.
First, mash the fermented black beans properly.
Second step is sautéing the chopped ginger and garlic over medium heat using the vegetable oil. It may takes 30 seconds to a minute.
After sautéing the ginger and garlic, add the mashed black pepper and stir for 1 minutes.
Then, add sugar, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and chopped chilli into the mashed black bean.
Again cook for 1 to 3 minytes. You have to stir continuously throughout the cooking.
After getting appropriate thickness, remove the pan from heat and finish the recipe with a splash of sesame oil.
Then, serve the sauce with fried or steamed fish. If require, you can store the sauce in the refrigerator.
