- ½ Cup Light Brown Sugar
- ¼ Cup Granulated Sugar
- ½ Cup Kosher Salt
- ½ Cup Sweet Paprika
- 2½ Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 2½ Tbsp Onion Powder
- 2½ Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Tsp Chipotle Chili Powder
- 2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
Mix everything together in a basin or with a food mixer
To combine the ingredients, pulse the food processor several times or use a whisk in a cooking dish
Make sure that the brown sugar in the rub does not stay together
Put the rub in an airtight jar. Store it in a cold, dark area for up to six weeks
