  • 1 Cup Ketchup
  • ¼ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika (Or regular paprika)
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Optional for Extra Heat
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • First, collect and measure all the ingredients you will require to prepare the sauce
  • Secondly, take a saucepan and combine the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne powder, black pepper, and salt.
  • Stir them well
  • Thirdly, bring the solution a gentle boil first. Then simmer the sauce for 15 – 20 minutes
  • Meanwhile the simmering, taste the sauce and adjust seasoning ingredients to make the sauce according to your desired flavors. After adjusting the seasoning, complete the remaining simmering period
  • After simmering, pour the sauce in a bowl and allow the sauce to be cooled at room temperature
  • After cooling, serve the BBQ sauce with hamburger and enjoy
  • You can also store leftover sauce into an airtight container in refrigerator
