Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Ketchup
  • ¼ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika (Or regular paprika)
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Optional for Extra Heat
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt

Method
 

  1. First, collect and measure all the ingredients you will require to prepare the sauce
  2. Secondly, take a saucepan and combine the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Stir them well
  4. Thirdly, bring the solution a gentle boil first. Then simmer the sauce for 15 – 20 minutes
  5. Meanwhile the simmering, taste the sauce and adjust seasoning ingredients to make the sauce according to your desired flavors. After adjusting the seasoning, complete the remaining simmering period
  6. After simmering, pour the sauce in a bowl and allow the sauce to be cooled at room temperature
  7. After cooling, serve the BBQ sauce with hamburger and enjoy
  8. You can also store leftover sauce into an airtight container in refrigerator
