Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Banana Peppers, Chopped
  • 1 Fresno Pepper, Chopped
  • ½ Cup White Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • ½ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ¼ Cup Sugar
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • ¼ Tsp Mustard Seed
  • ¼ Tsp Celery Seed

Instructions

  • Cut peppers in halves and remove some of the seeds and ribs. Roughly chop them with the help of a food processor
  • In a medium saucepan, add the vinegar, garlic, onion, sugar, salt, mustard seed, and celery seed. Simmer and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add chopped banana peppers, red Fresno pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes in low heat
  • Saute the chopped yellow bell pepper for 2-3 minutes. Add them to our pepper relish mix, stir to combine everything, and simmer for another 5 minutes. Your sweet and tangy pepper relish is ready to enjoy
