- ¼ Cup Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 ½ Teaspoon Ground Cardamom
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Allspice
In a small pan roast cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cardamom, and allspice on low heat for 5 minutes. Let them cool down
Put the roasted whole spices into a grinder jar. Grind them into powder. Check if there's any lumps. Even out with your dry hands or a fork. Your homemade apple pie spice is ready. Use readily or store for later use
