Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil or Vegan Butter
  • 2 Tbsp All-purpose Flour or Cornstarch
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt And Pepper As per taste
  • 1-2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast Optional

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil or vegan butter in a saucepan. Heat it over medium heat.
  2. Add flour or cornstarch. Whisk to form a roux.
  3. Slowly add almond milk. Whisk constantly until smooth.
  4. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast.
  5. Simmer for 3-5 minutes. Adjust seasoning, and serve.
