- Prepare the Aleppo pepper by washing and cutting the stem
- Dry the Aleppo pepper using sun dry or dry using dehydrator or oven
- After drying cool the peppers and grind in coarse texture
- Then, add seasoning ingredients like olive oil and salt to the Aleppo pepper flakes
- Lastly, store the Aleppo spice in an airtight container at a cool, dark, and dry place
- You can use this spice with meat products, vegetables, egg dishes, and salad as well
