Prepare the Aleppo pepper by washing and cutting the stem
Dry the Aleppo pepper using sun dry or dry using dehydrator or oven
After drying cool the peppers and grind in coarse texture
Then, add seasoning ingredients like olive oil and salt to the Aleppo pepper flakes
Lastly, store the Aleppo spice in an airtight container at a cool, dark, and dry place
You can use this spice with meat products, vegetables, egg dishes, and salad as well
