Ingredients

  • 28 Oz Canned Crushed Tomatoes
  • 15 Oz Canned Tomato Sauce
  • 14.5 Oz Canned Diced Tomato
  • 6 Oz Canned Tomato Paste
  • 4 Oz Canned Mushrooms Optional
  • 3 Oz Canned Olives
  • 4 Oz Canned Green chillies
  • 15 Oz Canned Sweet Corn
  • 15 Oz Canned Kidney or Black Beans
  • 13 Oz Canned Coconut Milk

Instructions

  • Open all the cans first. Rinse the ingredients and drain water from them.
  • Pour the crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes in a large pot.
  • Stir the tomato paste until it blends completely.
  • Add mushrooms, olives, green chilies, corn, and beans into the pot and stir again.
  • Pour the coconut milk into the mixture and stir.
  • Let the sauce simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Cool the sauce and enjoy.
