Ingredients
  

  • 28 Oz Canned Crushed Tomatoes
  • 15 Oz Canned Tomato Sauce
  • 14.5 Oz Canned Diced Tomato
  • 6 Oz Canned Tomato Paste
  • 4 Oz Canned Mushrooms Optional
  • 3 Oz Canned Olives
  • 4 Oz Canned Green chillies
  • 15 Oz Canned Sweet Corn
  • 15 Oz Canned Kidney or Black Beans
  • 13 Oz Canned Coconut Milk

Method
 

  1. Open all the cans first. Rinse the ingredients and drain water from them.
  2. Pour the crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes in a large pot.
  3. Stir the tomato paste until it blends completely.
  4. Add mushrooms, olives, green chilies, corn, and beans into the pot and stir again.
  5. Pour the coconut milk into the mixture and stir.
  6. Let the sauce simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. Cool the sauce and enjoy.
