Method
- Open all the cans first. Rinse the ingredients and drain water from them.
- Pour the crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes in a large pot.
- Stir the tomato paste until it blends completely.
- Add mushrooms, olives, green chilies, corn, and beans into the pot and stir again.
- Pour the coconut milk into the mixture and stir.
- Let the sauce simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Cool the sauce and enjoy.
