Open all the cans first. Rinse the ingredients and drain water from them.
Pour the crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes in a large pot.
Stir the tomato paste until it blends completely.
Add mushrooms, olives, green chilies, corn, and beans into the pot and stir again.
Pour the coconut milk into the mixture and stir.
Let the sauce simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool the sauce and enjoy.
